CSU Produce Safety Workshop

El Paso County is hosting a produce safety workshop that will talk about the FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and the Produce Safety Rule (PSR). Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and how to assess and manage risks for your farm will also be discussed. Class fee is $30. Class will be held at 17 N. Spruce St., Colorado Springs on Friday, December 7th from 10:00AM - 4:15PM.

4-H Enrollment Deadlines

December 31, 2018 is the last day for current members to re-enroll without incurring a $25 late fee. April 1, 2019 is the project deadline for: Shooting Sports, Dog, Cat, Horse, and Livestock. No enrollment in these projects will be allowed past this date. April 30, 2019 is the project deadline to enroll in general projects. No enrollment in these projects will be allowed past this date.
